Lighters

For safety reasons, all lighters are shipped without lighter fluid or butane gas.

Tsubota Pearl Lighters

Tsubota Pearl lighters require premium lighter fluid only. Do not use non-premium fluid. Please read the instruction manual included with your Tsubota Pearl lighter before use.

Flavin Lighter & Ashtray Set and Judd Tabletop Lighter

These pieces use a Vector lighter insert, which is designed for butane gas only. Do not use lighter fluid.

How to Fill the Vector Lighter Insert

  • Remove the lighter from the insert and hold it upside down.
  • Locate the small refill valve on the bottom of the lighter.
  • Insert the nozzle of the butane can into the valve and press firmly to fill.
  • Remove the can and wipe away any excess butane.
  • Allow the lighter to rest for approximately 5 minutes so the gas can warm and any excess can evaporate. The lighter is then ready for use.

Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 2 business days.

For your convenience we offer multiple shipping options so you can choose the one that fits your needs. Shipping charges are determined by your merchandise total and the choice of service.

If a shipment is returned to AMITHA due to customer error - such as inputting the wrong mailing address or not retrieving a held package in time - AMITHA reserves the right to charge the customer for re-shipping.
Personalized Products
Products can be personalized for a $25 fee per item. Standard orders require up to 20 business days for engraving or embossing. Once completed, personalized products ship within 2 business days.

Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional $50 fee. Rush orders require 2 business days and are shipped the same day the personalization is completed. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the countries listed as an option at checkout. Duties and taxes are paid at checkout. If you are located in another country, you are welcome to use a freight-forwarding company but you do so at your own risk.

Returns

Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact customercare@amithashop.com so we can find a solution. We always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

In the event that a refund is provided, it will be in the amount of the items purchased, less all shipping and transaction fees.
