Shipping info and rates
  • Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 2 business days.

    For your convenience we offer multiple shipping options so you can choose the one that fits your needs. Shipping charges are determined by your merchandise total and the choice of service.

    At the moment we offer shipping to the United States and Canada only. If you are located in another country, you are welcome to order items *other than pipes and lighters* via a shipping forwarder.

    In an effort to comply with U.S. state laws, we restrict the shipping of our tobacco pipes to certain U.S. states only, though the rest of our items ship to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Pipes cannot be shipped to the following U.S. states: AL, AR, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT. Pipes are intended for tobacco use only.

    If a shipment is returned to AMITHA due to customer error - such as inputting the wrong mailing address or not retrieving a held package in time - AMITHA reserves the right to charge the customer for re-shipping.
  • Customized products ship within 4-6 weeks. It is possible for rush orders to be accommodated with an added fee - pending the approval of our manufacturing partners. If you are looking to receive an order by a specific date, please contact for more information.
  • ​​For all items shipped outside the U.S., be aware that our prices do not account for VATs or other customs duties that may be added by your country upon receipt, so please educate yourself about potential costs and delivery delays before placing your order. AMITHA cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or delivery delays your package may incur.
  • Returns

    We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

    All of our packaging is designed to protect your merchandise. However, in the unlikely event that a product arrives broken, damaged, or if the incorrect product was shipped, please email us at within 2 days of your delivery date to request a replacement. Your email must include images of the product and your order number. Once we receive this information, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.
